It is recommended that you book 1-3 months before your event to secure your date and theme. All parties that are booked less than 2 weeks out require full payment at the time of booking.
We recommend allowing for 3.5-4 ft wide and 7 feet out for each set up as we use twin size mattresses for our setups.
We guarantee that cleanliness and sanitation is a priority! Each member of our staff has kids and understands how important it is to feel good about the product being set up in your home. All tents, rugs and inflatable mattresses are sanitized and spot cleaned after each party. All blankets and bed sheets are washed in fragrance free detergents after each use.
All furniture and other items should be removed before our arrival. There should be no pets or smoking near the designated event location. The requested venue must be a smoke-free environment. If we arrive at the venue and the location smells of smoke, we can refuse set up and your party will not be refunded. If upon pickup of items, there is a smell of smoke, you will forfeit your damage deposit and will be responsible for paying for the replacement of all uncleanable items.
Each party takes between 60-120 minutes to set up.
